After 14 years as a Regulatory/Research Coordinator in clinical drug development, I felt a calling to transition to a career as a Home Care Aide. My journey began when I took care of my mother during her illness. Her passing inspired me to continue helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
I find genuine joy in seeing how my care improves the well-being of my clients. This sense of fulfillment drives me to perform my role with sincerity and dedication every day.
Recognizing my passion for caregiving, my son, Giovanni, who is on his path to becoming a Physician Assistant, suggested we explore the world of home caregiving. Together, we researched and learned everything needed to start our own caregiving agency.
